Bianchi Milling was established over 40 years ago by Don Bianchi. His vision was to become the industry’s most reliable supplier of quality baking ingredients.
Don always wanted to be the “Flour Guy.” He started Bianchi Milling with an emphasis on flour; both bagged and bulk. Over time, customers asked him to source an ever growing litany of ingredients and packaging. Don took great pride in offering customers the best possible prices without compromising quality or service.
The family business continues today with second and third generations. Everyone is committed to serve our customers with the same values that drove Don to establish Bianchi Milling.
